weightloss does equal wellness

I am in the midst of losing weight I am learning how to eat right and exercise correctly without over exerting myself. I have come to learn despite what we have been taught over the years. Dinner should actually be your smallest meal and breakfast should be your largest. It took some time for me conquer this for I am not a breakfast eater at all. but I am working on it. I am happy to say that sugar and carbonated drinks are no longer in my household along with fried foods well that has been like that for 15 years now. I still have quite a way to go to get to where I want to be but I know I will get there soon. I will post my progress as I go on.
